Queue Sort by Agent Sign-in is available across all our front office products and automatically sorts PNRs that have been actioned by the airline onto the correct agent's queue.

Amadeus Queues have a number of user-friendly features including the facility to Nickname queues for simpler processing. Instead of having to remember a branch address and department queue number, using nicknames you can simply send the booking to 'Mary' in ticketing or 'Seats' for waitlist control.
